What happens at answer
number 5,001?

Nothing frightening. Your dashboard shows usage as the month progresses and warns you as you approach the allowance. If you reach 5,000 answers, the bot pauses safely until the monthly reset — it does not start metering pence, and it does not produce a surprise bill.

For context: 5,000 answers a month is roughly 165 visitor conversations answered every single day. Most small-business websites never get close. If yours routinely does, that is a wonderful problem — talk to us about capacity.

Pricing, asked plainly.

Can I cancel HyperChat at any time?
Yes. HyperChat Live is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term. Cancel from your billing portal whenever you like; your chatbot stays live until the end of the paid month, then goes offline. No exit fees, no notice period, no retention-call gauntlet.
What happens when I reach 5,000 answers?
Your chatbot pauses safely until your monthly allowance resets. It never racks up an overage bill, and your dashboard warns you as you approach the limit, so a busy month never becomes a surprise invoice. If 5,000 is routinely not enough, talk to us about a higher-capacity plan.
Is the free build tier really free?
Yes. Build a chatbot from your website, preview it, chat with it and tune it for free, forever, with no card required. You only pay £49 a month when you decide to put the bot live on your own website.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. If UK VAT applies to your purchase it is added at checkout and itemised on your Stripe invoice.
What counts as one AI answer?
One AI answer is one reply your chatbot gives to a visitor. Browsing visitors, chat opens and follow-up questions do not each consume an answer — only the bot’s replies count towards the 5,000 monthly allowance.
Are there credit packs, add-ons or per-resolution fees?
No. £49 a month is the whole price: the embed, 5,000 AI answers, lead capture, analytics, API access, signed webhooks, the automation connectors and UK support are all included. We do not sell credit top-ups, de-branding add-ons or per-resolution billing.
I run several websites. Is there a multi-bot price?
Yes. HyperChat Agency plans start at £499 a month for five live chatbots and scale to £3,499 a month for sixty, each with its own 5,000-answer allowance. They are built for agencies running client fleets.
Is support included in the £49?
Yes. Priority support from the Clone Centre team in the UK is included in every HyperChat Live plan — setup, embedding, tuning and integrations.
