HyperChat Agency Terms

1. Controlled launch

Agency access is subject to a paid order and workspace onboarding. HyperChat may keep a workspace in onboarding or suspend it while authority, security or payment information is incomplete.

2. Client authority

The agency must have written authority from each client before submitting a website, must retain evidence of that authority, and must not bypass logins, paywalls, technical controls, copyright restrictions or website terms. Public availability alone is not permission.

3. Human review

Every generated chatbot must be reviewed by an authorised person before deployment. The agency is responsible for checking factual claims, regulated or high-impact content, offers, pricing, legal notices, lead consent wording and escalation routes.

4. Credentials and tenants

Agency credentials are confidential, tenant-scoped and revocable. The agency must promptly revoke exposed keys and must not access another customer or agency workspace.

5. Usage and fees

Plan capacity, included answers and build quotas are stated at checkout or in the order. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. HyperChat may pause usage at an allowance and may suspend overdue accounts after a notified grace period.

6. Customer content and outputs

The agency and its clients retain rights in submitted content. They grant Clone Centre Ltd the limited rights needed to crawl authorised sources, create knowledge bases, host chatbots and provide integrations. AI outputs require review and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

7. Privacy and security

The agency must give required notices, choose a lawful basis, configure consent, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, and comply with the Agency DPA. HyperChat applies the controls described on its security page but no online service can promise absolute security.

8. Suspension and termination

HyperChat may suspend unlawful, deceptive, insecure or unauthorised activity. On termination, exports and deletion follow the order, DPA and retention schedule, subject to legal and security records that must be retained.
